High Point Sticks provides mobile phlebotomy across Baltimore City and the surrounding counties. Certified phlebotomists come to your home, office, or care facility and perform the collection there, then transport the specimen to the laboratory under the handling conditions that lab requires.
The work covers three areas: routine doctor-ordered blood draws, specialty kit collection with the preparation and shipping those kits demand, and stat labs where your provider needs the result quickly.
A standard lab visit is rarely ten minutes. It is travel, parking, a waiting room, and often a morning off work. For someone with limited mobility, chronic illness, or fatigue, that trip is the hard part of the test. For a parent, it means bringing children along. For anyone who finds needles or clinical settings stressful, the environment makes an already unpleasant experience worse.
None of that changes the draw itself. It changes whether the draw happens on time, or gets postponed again.
